In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, Credalariomx Educación Patrimonial, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "Credalariomx"), with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 12, Col. Cuauhtémoc, 06500, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
Data we collect
We collect your name and email address when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. We may also collect technical data (anonymized IP address, device type, pages visited) through analytics tools with your consent.
Purposes of processing

Authority
The National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) is the competent authority in Mexico for hearing complaints arising from the processing of personal data.
